L'invit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cial est <strong>Giuseppe Raciti<\/strong>Chef ex\u00e9cutif du restaurant Zash, qui vient de conqu\u00e9rir le titre de champion du monde. <strong>une \u00e9toile Michelin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le rendez-vous est fix\u00e9 au mardi 3 d\u00e9cembre \u00e0 20h30. <\/strong>dans le tout nouveau restaurant \"Giardino d'Inverno\" ouvert le 4 octobre \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du Boutique Hotel Ngonia Bay, dans la baie de Tone, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l'ancienne Tonnara. La structure d'h\u00e9bergement \u00e9l\u00e9gante et moderne de la famille Calabrese est situ\u00e9e dans la villa qui appartenait autrefois aux familles aristocratiques D'Amico et Calapaj, propri\u00e9taires de la Tonnara. Un lieu suggestif, riche en histoire, avec une vue \u00e0 couper le souffle sur les \u00eeles \u00c9oliennes.<\/p>\n<p>L'identit\u00e9 sicilienne est ce qui repr\u00e9sente le mieux le nouveau restaurant o\u00f9 les plats visent \u00e0 conqu\u00e9rir un public averti et exigeant qui pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le choix des meilleurs ingr\u00e9dients, \u00e9labor\u00e9s avec go\u00fbt et raffinement. Le restaurant a tout mis\u00e9 sur une \u00e9quipe jeune et une proposition de cuisine territoriale revisit\u00e9e dans une cl\u00e9 moderne par les chefs Jom Jom Kabir et Salvatore Branchello. L'\u00e9quipe est compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par le chef p\u00e2tissier Mario Cortese, le barman Danilo La Bella et le sommelier Luca De Gaetano. L'\u00e9quipe soud\u00e9e de Ngonia Bay sera, avec le chef Giuseppe Raciti, les protagonistes de l'\u00e9l\u00e9gant d\u00eener du 3 novembre, au cours duquel les plats seront associ\u00e9s aux vins de la cave. <strong>Palmento Costanzo<\/strong> qui produit des vins blancs, ros\u00e9s et rouges Etna Doc \u00e0 Contrada Santo Spirito \u00e0 Castiglione di Sicilia, \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du parc de l'Etna.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cette soir\u00e9e \u00e9toil\u00e9e au c\u0153ur de Milazzo, un menu int\u00e9ressant a \u00e9t\u00e9 soigneusement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9, o\u00f9 les plats embl\u00e9matiques du chef Giuseppe Raciti ne pouvaient manquer, tels que <strong>\u0153uf poch\u00e9 croustillant avec compote de m\u00fbres rouges, mousse de provola et framboises<\/strong> et le <strong>Pluma de porc ib\u00e9rique avec ketchup de framboise et oignons nouveaux r\u00f4tis<\/strong>. Les ingr\u00e9dients les plus recherch\u00e9s seront une source d'inspiration pour les chefs Kabir et Branchello qui proposeront dans leurs plats <strong>homard<\/strong>, le <strong>langoustines<\/strong> et le <strong>truffe blanche<\/strong>.
