Dario Pandolfo, from Milan, born in 91, surprises with a cuisine of character, characterized by the respect and enhancement of excellent raw materials selected by Sicilian producers, breeders, fishermen. His passion grows over the years and feeds on a lot of study and work.
He approaches cooking almost as a game, when as a child, together with his brother, he goes to his uncle’s restaurant. After graduating from the Hotel School, he attended the prestigious Alma Cooking School, led by the great Maestro Gualtiero Marchesi.
Dario’s debut in starred kitchens began at the age of eighteen, working in the most famous restaurants in half of Europe such as: Geranium *** in Denmark, Villa Joya ** in Portugal, Terra ** in Alto Adige, up to experience most important training course, that at the “St. Hubertus ”3 * Michelin, in San Cassiano in Badia.
Strengthened by the experience gained and guided by a great desire to return to his homeland, Sicily, Dario Pandolfo returns to Milazzo where since June 2020 he is the executive chef of NgoniaBay.
